Is there a minimum order?

Yes. We have a $50 minimum order.

What credit cards do you accept?

We only accept Visa and MasterCard.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We can ship your product via UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day Air. We have very competitive rates due to the volume of business Lab Express does with shipping carriers, therefore we cannot ship on customer freight account numbers.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the 50 United States.

My business is located in Massachusetts. Will I still have to pay sales tax if I have a tax-exempt account?

Due to compliance requirements and as a distributor primarily to end users of product, we cannot ship products tax exempt. You may file documentation with tax authorities for refunds if applicable. Also, Lab Express may elect to refer you to a partner company for large volume orders and those orders may qualify for tax exempt status if proper documentation is completed.

Do you sell any sterile stainless steel labware products?

All Lab Express Products are sold non sterile and liability is limited to replacement of product only.

Can I pay by check or money order?

Lab Express only accepts credit card orders.

Can I place an order over the phone?

For customer security and fraud prevention, orders are only accepted via the internet. This policy is for protection of your personal data, such as credit card numbers.
