These labware staples are used extensively in chemistry, biology and medicine research. Complying with all GLP requirements, pipetting needles work equally well with either manual dispensers or precision automatic volume pipettors. Hub designs all offer comfortable handling and easy cleaning for reuse. Standard EC tube fabrication and high end ultrasonic cleaning ensure burr and contaminant free needles. The hubs comply with the latest revisions of ANSI, ISO and GG-N-196 specifications and tubing is medical/laboratory grade stock meeting ASTM-A908 requirements. All material and manufacturing is domestic.

Three versions of these needles are offered. The most economical are the plated brass Luer Lock hubs with SS304 tubing, which are sold by the dozen. In applications using costly material, the minimum-dead-volume short Luer Lock hub sold in a three pack (plated brass with SS304 tubing) optimizes compound retention. Heavy wall specials 22s (.028" x .006" ID) and 26S (.018" x .005" ID) are included in these series. For corrosive chemistries, the stainless steel 316 construction is favored and is sold individually. The length is measured out of the hub.
