Is there a minimum order? Yes. We have a $50 minimum order. Requirements under the $50 minimum along with additional unlisted items can be purchased through our exclusive authorized distributor, amazon.com.

My business is located in Massachusetts. Will I still have to pay sales tax if I have a tax-exempt account?
No. If you check off "tax exempt" during your purchase, sales tax will not be added. Your order will not be shipped however, until we determine that your tax exempt form is valid. How much will it cost to ship my products?
Our shipping charges are automatically added to your order when you check out. Our policy is outlined below. Orders received by 1pm (EST) will ship on the same day, stock permitting.

What are the restrictions regarding the purchase of syringes and needles?
In Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Maine and Rhode Island, you must adhere to the applicable laws and regulations for purchasing syringes and sharp pointed needles.
Connecticut
There are no restrictions for purchasing less than ten syringes. Please contact your state department for information on purchasing greater than ten syringes.
Delaware
You must comply with the Delaware Uniform Controlled Substances Act to certify that the syringes will be used for legitimate purposes.
Illinois
You must comply with the Hypodermic Syringes and Needles Act to certify that the syringes will be used for legitimate purposes.
New Hampshire
There are no restrictions for purchasing less than ten syringes. Please contact your state department for information on purchasing greater than ten syringes.
New Jersey
There are no restrictions for purchasing less than ten syringes. If you need to purchase a quantity greater than this, you must comply with the Syringe Prescription Law to certify that the syringes will be used for legitimate purposes.
New York
There are no restrictions for purchasing less than ten syringes. If you wish to buy greater than ten, you must complete Form 2278 to obtain a certificate of need for purchasing needles and syringes.
Maine
There are no restrictions for purchasing less than ten syringes. Please contact your state department for information on purchasing greater than ten syringes.
Rhode Island
You must comply with the Rhode Island Uniform Controlled Substances Act to certify that the syringes will be used for legitimate purposes.
